Difficult conversations are a part of life. At work it might be a situation with performance management, redundancy, or interpersonal conflict. In this free, interactive webinar you will learn some tools and strategies to successfully manage difficult conversations and achieve a positive outcome. The session will cover how to:

• Give and receive feedback
• Demonstrate empathy through active listening and questioning skills
• Manage your emotions

The webinar will be led by our Senior Learning & Development Consultant, Katherine Craig. Katherine is an experienced coach and facilitator with more than 20 years’ experience working across a range of industries, and a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology. Her style is warm and engaging with a practical approach to coaching and facilitating. This is deeply grounded in her love of working with people and teams to help them grow and develop to their full potential.
