  • How our brain can help or hinder our wellbeing
  • Practical tips for building resilience and wellbeing

The webinar will be led by our Senior Learning & Development Consultant, Katherine Craig. Katherine is an experienced coach and facilitator with more than 20 years’ experience working across a range of industries, and a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology. Her style is warm and engaging with a practical approach to coaching and facilitating. This is deeply grounded in her love of working with people and teams to help them grow and develop to their full potential. Katherine is passionate about helping people develop good mental health and well-being as a foundation for living a happy and successful life.

Katherine’s qualifications include: Master of Science – Coaching Psychology, Bachelor of Arts – Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Commerce – Marketing. She is also accredited in Strengths Profile, Acceptance Commitment Training, and a meditation teacher.
