Avoiding Burnout Through Effective Delegation.

21 Oct 2022 @ 1:10 pm - 2:10 pm

How to manage stress and scale your business through the art and science of delegation.

Founding a start-up or growing a business is amazing, right. We know how our passion can change the world! It will improve peoples lives and make a difference. That sense drives us forward. When its just us and our idea there are challenges but it is worth it.

The number of things that we are expected to manage grows and we know that to really achieve our mission, we can’t do it all alone. We need others to help us take those next steps and scale.

This workshop will help you navigate the process of effectively delegating so that you:

  • Identify your priorities and stay focused on the important things
  • Determine the best delegation strategy
  • Avoid boomerang work (by ensuring people understand your expectations
  • Save time now to invest in the future

We look forward to supporting you achieving your goals effectively through others.
