This is a FREE interactive session in which we will share and discuss our top strategies to de-escalate conversations when they become difficult.  This will include discussion on psychological safety in conversations, listening effectively, contrasting techniques, when to apologise and pacing and leading techniques when others are highly emotional. This workshop is an opportunity to learn and also participant in discussion with peers.
