In 2015, Therese was diagnosed with cancer and while undergoing treatments made the decision to focus on a small number of clients. As Therese started to recover, she rebranded the business and over the past 2 years, Impact HR has rapidly rebuilt. The team has already grown to eight, so all clients receive the focus they need and deserve.
