Impact HR Winner and Finalist at Local Business Awards Northern Beaches 2021

We’re delighted to share that Impact HR was recognised for two awards at a recent gala presentation evening for the Northern Beaches Local Business Awards. A huge congratulations to our Director, Therese Ravell, who won Business Person of the Year! We’re absolutely delighted for Therese, who works tirelessly to help small and medium businesses be successful with strong people management policies, strategy, and development. She’s also a wonderful leader who provides an opportunity for the Impact HR team to balance career and family. Therese is a strong advocate for the SME community, which sees her supporting innovation and incubation through organisations such as Spark Festival and Northern Beaches Mums, and running free webinars throughout the year on topics such as building resilience and effective communication. For the second year running, Impact HR was also a finalist in the Professional Services category.
