Do 2025 Differently

January is such a POWERFUL month to do 2025 differently! There is potential dripping from every interaction, email and decision. So, with all of this powerful potential around us, why is it that so many of us get to the end of the quarter, look back and wonder why we are in the same position as we were last year?   

The answer? IMPLEMENTATION DIFFERENCE.  

As Humans, we love patterns. They keep us safe.  

But for those of you who want 2025 to be different, we need to break those habits and DO things differently.  

While differently is important, so often it is not the differently that is the problem. We have lots of innovated ideas to keep us busy. The real challenge is in the DOING.  

We arrive back at work full of passion and energy to make this year the best year ever. Then emails and calls and managing employee problems and sorting out performance issues and technology glitches snowball into stagnation.  

The difference is the IMPLEMENTATION.  

To have the best year yet, sticking to the top priorities and dividing our time based on the long-term needs of the business as well as the urgent must do’s is essential.  

The great thing about it is that it doesn’t have to be the owner of the business who is doing the implementation. Learning how to delegate those urgent must dos to others so that you can devote more time to business priorities is essential. BUT you can’t “Delegate and Dash”. You need to hand over the implementation thoroughly to get the results you want and need.
