Katherine is an experienced coach and facilitator with more than 20 years’ experience working in complex and innovative business environments within a range of industries including media\, technology\, healthcare\, and financial services. Prior to her current career path\, Katherine was a senior marketing executive working with global corporations\, SMEs\, and not-for-profit organisations in Sydney and New York.   Katherine’s style is warm and engaging with a practical approach to coaching and facilitating. This is deeply grounded in her love of working with people and teams to empower and help them grow and develop to their full potential. She is passionate about helping people develop good mental health and well-being as a foundation for living a happy and successful life. \nKatherine’s qualifications include: Master of Science – Coaching Psychology\, Bachelor of Arts – Psychology\, Graduate Diploma in Commerce – Marketing. She is also accredited in Strengths Profile\, Acceptance Commitment Training\, and a meditation teacher.
