In this half-day course you’ll learn how to re-frame your thoughts around difficult conversations so you can prepare appropriately and provide an opportunity for both parties to speak openly and confidently and co-create a positive outcome.

Program Facilitator: Katherine Craig

This program will be facilitated by our Senior Learning & Development Consultant, Katherine Craig. Katherine is an experienced coach and facilitator with more than 20 years’ experience working in complex and innovative business environments within a range of industries including media, technology, healthcare, and financial services. Katherine’s style is warm and engaging with a practical approach to coaching and facilitating. This is deeply grounded in her love of working with people and teams to empower and help them grow and develop to their full potential.

Katherine’s qualifications include: Master of Applied Science – Coaching Psychology, Bachelor of Arts – Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Commerce. She is also accredited in Strengths Profile, Acceptance Commitment Training, and a meditation teacher.
