Wellbeing Wednesday: free meditation class

Make some time for you and join us for a lunchtime reset with this 20 minute guided meditation class. Immediate benefits include increased focus and a calm mind. You may also notice that you feel happier and sleep better. No prior experience needed, just find a comfortable place to sit or lie, where you won’t be disturbed.
The meditation will be led by our Senior Learning & Development Consultant, Katherine Craig. Katherine is an experienced coach, facilitator, and a meditation teacher, with a passion for helping people develop good mental health and well-being as a foundation for living a happy and successful life.
